This week was a reminder of the anxiety-inducing wave after wave of Trump-related news that we faced for four years, and that we will no doubt go through again.
My coping strategy, until inauguration day, is to read the headlines but not click on any stories. I have given myself permission not to fully tune in until January.
Then I’ll no doubt return to the horrible state of wanting to bury my head in the sand, but feeling compelled to stay informed.
Ugh.
